  • In-Stock Orders: For release dates, the first 200 units are in stock and ready to ship. These orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Once the initial stock of 200 is sold out, mirrors will be made to order. Production typically takes 1-5 weeks, with an additional 1-2 weeks for shipping.
  • Want to Check Your Order Status? If you'd like to know whether your order was part of the first 200 ready-to-ship units or if it will require production time, please email us at officialimirror@gmail.com, and we will notify you of your expected shipping timeframe.

2. Shipping Carrier and Rates

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped via FedEx due to the large size of our packaging.
  • Shipping Rates: A flat rate shipping fee is applied to all orders at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We plan to offer free shipping in the future as we grow our inventory capacity.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location within the U.S.
  • Orders ship from our facilities in California and Arizona.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:
