Orders & Shipping

1. How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • If your order was one of the first 200 units during a release, it will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days.
  • If your order was placed after the first 200, it will be made to order, which takes 1-5 weeks for production and 1-2 weeks for shipping.
  • Once the order ships it usally takes 2-5 days to arrive 
  • If you’re unsure which category your order falls into, email us at officialimirror@gmail.com, and we’ll confirm your expected shipping timeframe.

2. What shipping carrier do you use?

  • We ship all iMirrors via FedEx due to the large size of our packaging.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Domestic orders within the U.S. usually take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
  • Orders ship from California and Arizona.

4. Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we do! However, international customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

5. How much does shipping cost?

  • We charge a flat rate for shipping, which will be shown at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping in the future once we expand our inventory and have more stock ready to ship.

6. Will I receive a tracking number?

  • Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with the shipping details.
  • If you don’t receive a confirmation email when placing your order, contact us at officialimirror@gmail.com so we can correct your email and ensure you receive updates.

7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

  • Yes, you can change your address as long as your order hasn’t shipped.
  • Please email us at officialimirror@gmail.com with your order number and new address as soon as possible.

8. What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you didn’t receive it, contact us at officialimirror@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • We will work with FedEx to investigate and find a solution.

Returns & Exchanges

9. What is your return policy?

  • All sales are final, meaning we do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

10. Can I exchange my iMirror for a different color?

  • Yes, if we have the color in stock. If stock is low due to high demand (such as a viral TikTok campaign), we may not be able to guarantee an exchange.

11. What are the requirements for an exchange?

  • The iMirror must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify.

12. Do I have to pay for return shipping on an exchange?

  • Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending back an item for exchange.

13. What if my iMirror arrives damaged or defective?

  • If you receive a damaged or defective iMirror, contact us at officialimirror@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damage so we can verify the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations & Pre-Orders

14. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

  • Yes, but only within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • After 48 hours, cancellations are no longer possible because we begin the production process and incur material costs.

Product & Packaging

15. How do you ensure the iMirrors arrive safely?

  • Every order is packaged with fragile labels and special handling instructions.
  • We use a three-step packaging process to ensure mirrors arrive intact.

16. Will you have iMirrors in stock for faster shipping in the future?

  • Yes! We are working on expanding our warehouse to keep more inventory in stock and offer same-week shipping.
