Refunds
1. Exchange Policy
- Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your iMirror. After 7 days, exchanges are no longer available.

Conditions for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Exchanges are available for different colors, subject to stock availability. During periods of high demand, color swaps may not be guaranteed.

How to Initiate an Exchange:
Contact our support team at officialimirror@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to start the exchange process. Instructions for returning your item will be provided.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting a Problem: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos to officialimirror@gmail.com.
- Replacement Process: Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. Please allow time for processing once the returned item is received.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- All Sales Are Final: At this time, iMirror does not offer refunds on purchases. Refunds are only available for defective or damaged items after verification.
4. Order Cancellation
- Standard Orders: Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed. After this window, cancellations will not be possible as the production process will have begun.
5. Shipping Issues
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Contact us at officialimirror@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date.
- We will investigate the issue and work with our shipping provider to find a resolution.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for exchanges.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
