At iMirror, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their iMirror.

  • Exchanges Only: All sales are final, and refunds are not available unless the item is defective or damaged.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for different colors, provided we have the desired color in stock.
  • During periods of high demand, such as viral campaigns or limited inventory, we cannot guarantee color availability for exchanges.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your iMirror arrives defective or damaged:

  1. Contact our support team at officialimirror@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Our extensive quality control process ensures defects are rare, but we are here to assist if an issue arises.


4. Customer Responsibility for Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including providing a return shipping label if necessary.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of placing it.
  • After 48 hours, cancellations are not possible as the production process begins, and we incur material costs.

6. Shipping Issues

If your tracking information indicates "delivered" but you did not receive your package:

  1. Contact us at officialimirror@gmail.com immediately.
  2. We will investigate the issue with our shipping provider and work to find a solution.
